Twenty one drivers will travel to Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway tomorrow night for the seventh round of the Tazz Auto Shots Tasmanian Super Sedan Series.

The series is set to go down to the wire with the top four drivers currently separated by just sixteen points, and two of the chasing pack still with their Tazz Auto Shots Joker Card in hand!

Callum Harper returns to Tasmania for his first TSSS start since November, and will look to re-gain his series lead that he lost last weekend.

Harper is currently undefeated in series action, and will look to make it a perfect four wins from four starts on Saturday night at Carrick.

Wayne Dillon has shot to the lead of the series after perfectly utilising his Tazz Auto Shots Joker Card last weekend in Hobart. Dillon will be hoping for another strong showing to keep the chasing pack at bay at extend his advantage at the top series standings.

Grant Hopkins is coming off the first feature win of his Super Sedan career last weekend, and will hope to make it two in a row on Saturday night.

Hopkins still has his Joker Card in hand, and another strong performance on Saturday night will put him in a really strong position heading into the final round at Latrobe on Saturday night.

The quiet achiever of the season so far has been Leon Cleary who sits sixth in the standings, ninety three points from the lead of the series. Cleary will play his Tazz Auto Shots Joker Card on Saturday night and another good result will propel him right into contention for the series win.

Steve Latham will look to bounce back following a disappointing DNF in Hobart last weekend. Latham dominated on Boxing Night at Carrick, and will look to repeat the dose on Saturday night.

Nathan Howells and Dwaine Sonners will also play their Tazz Auto Shots Joker Cards this weekend, and will hope to charge forward from their positions of thirteenth and seventeenth in the series standings.

Racing will kick off at 5pm with each driver tackling two heat races to set the field for the thirty lap main event in the penultimate round of the series!
