We are tied at the top after day one of the RVS Holdings SSA Junior Sedan WA State Title with Bunbury’s Jaxon Buszan and Karratha’s Tyde Lovell locked on 100 points after three rounds of heats.
Both drivers recorded two heat race wins and a second at the Allwest Plant Hire Ellenbrook Speedway.
Two other drivers also won multiple heats over the day with Donny Davis in third and Tyler Scott who is fourth both winning two heats.
Many drivers struggled with the nature of day time racing at Ellenbrook, with many heat races not making it past the opening lap before a restart was called.
That being said, the only red light stoppage of the day was for Joel Bowman who rolled in turn four in round two.
He was able to return to racing in his third round to finish second.Racing commences again today at 11am with one more round of heats before the main event.
