The 34th Tasmanian Modified Sedan Title will be held this Saturday night at the Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway, with an excellent field entered.
The question is will Craig Smiley Williams still be smiling after Saturday night, with the defending and seven times State Champion putting his title on the line. Williams first won the event in 1993, with last years victory coming twelve years after winning his sixth title.
One of the drivers Williams will have to worry about is Brad Herbert, with Herbert winning five Feature Races this season after moving from Wingless Sprints, with two of those Feature wins coming at the Carrick venue.
The field also includes 2016 winner, Luke Gunn, five times Champion Andy Russell, 2013 Champion Jake Taurian and 1994 Champion Barry Youl, along with Trent Quillerat and Brad McKendrick, who have been consistent throughout the season.
Racing commences at 6.00pm EDST.
