The Western Australian Modified Sedan Drivers Association have today released their 2017/2018 Season Schedule.
A Five Round Schedule has been set down for the 2017/2018 GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series which has become very well known around regional Western Australia.
The Series will kick off on Saturday 16th December 2017 at one of the most popular venues in the South West, the Quit Collie Speedway.
In the new year the Modified Sedans head to Albanys Attwell Park on Saturday 20th January and are set to share the bill with the final night of the 2018 USA Invasion Tour for Late Models.
Round Three is the traditional Holden vs Ford Stampede to be held at the Makit Hardware Narrogin Speedway, the venue for the 2017/2018 SSWA Modified Sedan State Title which will be held three weeks later on the March long weekend.
On Saturday 10th March 2018 the Modified Sedans return to Albany for the second running of the South Coast Classic, a race which pays $5000 to the winner and offers over $10,000 in prizemoney. The South Coast Classic is being held just one week after the State Title to allow competitors from the Northern half of the State the opportunity to contest two major events in close proximity.
Round Four is set to be held at Moora Speedway on Saturday 21st April 2018 in conjunction with the first night of the 2-17/2018 SSWA Junior Sedan State Title.
The Final Round sees the Modified Sedans return to the Katanning Speedway in the Great Southern of Western Australia, a venue which the division has supported since it was reopened after sitting dorment for over a decade.
With many new faces joining the division and many great race tracks on the series schedule, Modified Sedans are set for a big season in the West.

SSWA Modified Sedan State Title- Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th March 2018 Makit Hardware Narrogin Speedway
2018 South Coast Classic- Saturday 10th March 2018 (Non Series Event)
Round Four- Saturday 21st April 2018- Moora Speedway
Round Five- Saturday 12th May 2018-Katanning Speedway
