The Western Australian Modified Sedan Drivers Association has today released their schedule for the upcoming 2018/2019 season.
Many of Western Australias premier regional venues will once again be visited by Modified Sedans this summer.
The season kicks off Saturday 20th October 2018 at the Making Smoking History Bunbury Speedway where the opening round of the WA Modified Sedans Series will be held in conjunction with the SSA 50th Anniversary Race Meeting.
Geraldton City Speedway located on the Midwest Coast of Western Australia will host a round of the series for the first time since 2011, with round two to be held there on Saturday 17th November 2018.
The Making Smoking History Collie Speedway will host round three, with the meeting doubling as the annual Christmas Cup on Saturday 22nd December 2018.
Attwell Park Speedway located in Albany in the states deep south is on the schedule twice this season with the South Coast Classic to be held on Saturday 5th January 2019 with the Modified Sedans sharing the billing with the WA Super Sedan Series.
Modified Sedans return to Albany on Saturday 9th March 2019 with the previous round being held at the Augusta Margaret River Speedway on Saturday 2nd February 2019.
The final two rounds are to be held at venues that have supported Modified Sedans strongly in recent times with the Makit Hardware Narrogin Speedway hosting round six on Saturday March 23rd 2019.
The series grand final will be held at the Moora Speedway on Saturday 6th April 2019 giving drivers a two month break before the 2019 SSWA Modified Sedan State Title is held in early June at the Broome Speedway.
With many new faces joining the division and many great race tracks on the series schedule, Modified Sedans are set for a big season in the West.
