A massive field of twenty drivers will do battle in Round One of the Buckby Motors Super Sedan Allstars and Walsh Marine Services Tasmanian Super Sedan Series this Saturday night at Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway.

In what will be the season opener after last weekends wash out in Hobart, Adam Beechey will be a hot favourite after taking out two feature wins at Carrick last season.

State Champion Callum Harper also won a feature race at Carrick last season, and will be looking to take his Bandit Chassis to the front on Saturday night.

Defending Walsh Marine Services TSSS Champion Steve Latham will be a strong contender, as will eight time Tasmanian Champion David Nichols.

The field is also stacked with five new drivers to the division, who will be vying for the DG Nichols Builders Rookie of the Year.

Luke Gunn and Andy Russell are stepping up from Modified Sedans, whilst Peter Johnston is making the jump from Tassie Sixes.

Aaron Dillon and Robert Flynn are starting their first full season in the class, and will also be in contention for the $250!
