A massive afternoon and night of sedan racing awaits this Saturday at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway as the Bully’s Off-Road 4WD SSA Street Stock Dirt Masters Series reaches its Grand Final, while SSA Production Sedans contest Round 4 of the Engage Ag Champions Series powered by Steering & Suspension Warehouse.
With racing set to begin from 2:30pm, fans are set for a huge program featuring outstanding fields in both divisions and plenty of storylines heading into one of the biggest meetings of the season.
Fresh off claiming the SSA Production Sedan National Championship, Jordan Biviano will make his first appearance carrying the coveted number one on the door. However, the newly crowned champion is expected to face fierce competition from a stacked 27-car field including Brodie Hollyman, Madison Harkin and Darren Ciesiolka, who will also contest the Street Stock division in a demanding double-duty weekend.
Ryan Gorton, Ash McKellar and Trent Gosley add even more depth to the field, while drivers such as Patreece Rackemann, Brendan Hayes and Jye O’Brien will all be aiming to make their mark in what shapes as a highly competitive night for the Production Sedans.
The Street Stocks are set for a thrilling finale in the Dirt Masters Series with Ben Langton arriving full of momentum after a major victory in last weekend’s 20/20 event at Kingaroy. Darren Ciesiolka finished second on that occasion and will be eager to go one better this weekend, while Corey Langton, Riley Hutchison and Travis Hutchison are all expected to feature prominently.
The Wilkinson brothers, Luke and Jake, along with fellow campaigners Aaron Paul, Ken Iseppi and Gary Bonwick, round out a quality Street Stock line-up as competitors battle for final series honours.
With championship points, major bragging rights and two sensational fields ready to hit the track, Toowoomba Speedway is set for a spectacular Saturday of dirt racing action.
