Dustin Higgs has recorded his third feature race win in a row, by winning round five of the Super Sedans WA Summer Series at Esperence Toyota Speedway.

Bryce Fisher would claim his first ever Super Sedan heat race win, when he won the opening heat of the night. Fisher would lead home Ajay Hammer, and Dusty Higgs.

Nathan Thiele would make it two for two for Mount Barker drivers when he won heat two.

Hammer would secure another second placed finish, ahead of Dustin Higgs in third.

Higgs would get his first win in his brand new Sweet Chassis, with a win in the third and final heat of the evening.

Dusty Higgs would cross the line second, ahead of Rob Knox in third. The Higgs duo would again lock out the front row, with Dustin starting from pole, and Dusty from the outside.

Dustin would get the jump from pole position and take the lead into turn one.

Dusty Higgs would settle into second, and Thiele would launch from the outside of the second row to jump into third.

Higgs would get away to a comfortable lead before the caution lights were out at the midway point of the race.

Dusty Higgs would apply the pressure to his son from the restart, before coming under pressure himself from a resurgent Thiele.

Dustin would again get to a few car length lead, before Dusty would reel Dustin in with five laps to run, when they hit lap traffic.

Dustin was impressive, slicing, and dicing his way through the traffic to go on to record his third successive feature race win.

Dusty would cross the line second, just clear of Thiele who recorded his first podium finish of the season.

Hammer crossed the line fourth, and Ryan Huxtable would round out the top five to record his first top five finish of the season.

SSWA will be back in action in two weeks at Margaret River.
