It may have dragged on for a little longer than expected, the Novus Glass Street Stock Month of Madness can finally see the finish line this weekend at the Moora Speedway.
Originally scheduled to conclude on February 13 at the Geraldton City Speedway, this will be the third attempt of running the final round with both attempts beforehand at the Mid-West venue halted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
24 Street Stocks will make the pilgrimage to Moora Speedway for the Final Round of the Series that almost had no end, which will also double up as the Central Midlands Speedway’s annual Trophy night for the division.
The latest venue is no stranger to Street Stocks with a healthy contingent of local drivers headed up by Clayton Blee who are ready to take on some of the State’s best drivers.
Just over 80 points separate both Jamie Oldfield and Hayden Norman who will go into this event as the only two drivers who can take out the inaugural crown with Norman needing a minor miracle to steal the win over the current WA Champion.
Add in a long list of Novus Glass Street Stock Month of Madness Loyalists like Collie’s Paul Briggs and Cody Avins along with Journeyman Craig Clayton, the series will be in for a cracking finale.
