The Speedway Sedans Australia, One Realty, National Junior Sedan Title will commence tomorrow at the Fraser Shores Maryborough Speedway, with 77 drivers set to compete from every State and Territory.
Fifteen year old Brandyn Thomas from Gladstone will be competing in his first National Title this weekend, in his first season of competition.
In fact, it will be just his fifth meeting, but racing is certainly in his genes, as he is a third generation speedway driver.
Thomas who has only raced at Rockhampton so far this season will compete in a Hyundai Excel.
So far I have won three heat races and two New Star Feature Races, he says. I am looking forward to making memories, meeting new people and enjoying the atmosphere.
