The Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway will host the SSA Modified Sedan Tasmanian State Title this Friday & Saturday night.
A field of 19 drivers have nominated for the event including the current Aussie and defending Tasmanian Champion Kye Walters who will make the trek across the water to be part of the event.
Joining him in the field is fellow Victorians Brock and Todd Atkins.
Todd comes into the event off a win at Simpson Speedway, his second win of the season.
Sixteen local drivers make up the field including last start winner Trent Quillerat, former Tasmanian champions Brad Herbert, Andrew Russell, Luke Gunn and Barry Youl.
A host of other locals like Corey Jetson and Joshua Stephens have been impressive this season and are amongst the nominations.
Racing will commence Friday 5th March and conclude on Saturday 6th March.
