The thirty seventh running of the Tasmanian Super Sedan Title will be held this Saturday night at the Gulf Western and Independent Oils Raceway, Latrobe, with a strong field entered, for the re-scheduled title, which was washed out earlier in the season.
Defending and National Champion, Callum Harper will be looking to win the title for a fifth time, and for the fourth time in five years, should he be successful.
Harper has claimed seven Feature wins this season, and will be looking to make this his eighth, before embarking on a trip to the mainland to defending his National Title against 41 other drivers at Heartland Raceway Moama.
That though will be the furtherest thing on his mind as Harper will be challenged strongly by several drivers who have come close this season, including seven times State Champion, David Nichols, 2010 Champion, Steve Latham and Adam Beechey.
Gil Aylett and Corey Smith are also in the field and both have finished on the podium in recent titles, and are also likely to figure across the course of the evening.
Racing commences at 6.00pm EDST, with events also scheduled for Street Stock and Junior Sedans.
