The Tasmanian Super Sedan Series will look to kick off for the second time this Saturday night at Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway.
After round one was washed out last month, thirteen drivers will look to hit the ground running in round two of the TSSS brought to you by U3 Designs.
NSW Champion Steve Latham took out a commanding win on Boxing Night at Carrick last season, and will be looking to get his season of to the perfect start with a win this Saturday night.
Callum Harper also tasted feature race success at Carrick last season when he won the Race for Beech in the month of money.
Harper is always a threat for the win, and this Saturday night is sure to be no exception.
Eight time Tasmanian Champion David Nichols will also be in contention on his home track.
Nichols has selected to play his joker card, meaning he will take home double points this Saturday night.
Wayne Dillon had a great first season in his new Sweet Chassis. Dillon was on the podium multiple times, and will be hoping to take the top step of the podium this Saturday night at Carrick.
Laura Davidson led laps in the Tasmanian Title at Carrick last season, and will be looking to get her season off to a strong start.
Racing will kick off at 5pm with drivers set to face two heats each which will set the field for the feature race.
