Round five of the GJ Gardner Homes New South Wales Super Sedan Series, will be held this Saturday night, at Valvoline Raceway, Parramatta, with drivers getting a final hit out prior to the National Title the week after.
The field includes several interstate drivers who will use Saturday night as a dress rehearsal, with Dave Gartner, Matthew Williams, Leigh Williams, Wayne Randall and Grant Shaw all taking the opportunity to take on drivers from New South Wales.
Gartner who two weeks ago won the Victorian Title, comes into the event in strong form, and will hoping that form will continue not only on Saturday night, but the week after.
Last weekend, as Grand Marshall for the National Street Stock Title, Gartner admitted that he was still haunted by the National Title he lost in 2010, when he made one mistake on lap thirty four, and was looking to make things right at the National Title.
