Waikerie’s South Australia in South Australia kicked off their 2021/2022 season a few hours later than originally anticipated after significant rainfall on Saturday afternoon forced the race meeting to be rescheduled to Sunday.
Round Three of the South Australian Modified Sedan Series supported by Haseldine Automotive headlined the season opener in the daytime conditions.
The Mitsubishi Magna of Nathan Thorne claimed the fifteen lap main event by over five seconds from the Ford Falcons of Justin Demaine & Tony Hardy.
Super Sedan action was great throughout the day as the Jury’s Liquid Waste Dominator of Kym Jury lead the small field home.
Racing returns to the Sunline Speedway on Saturday 12th February 2022.
