The 2nd annual running of the South Coast Classic for Modified Sedans will be held this Saturday Night at Attwell Park Speedway in Albany.
The South Coast Classic is the highest paying Modified Sedan event in Western Australia and the states best drivers will battle it out across three heat races, the top six shootout ahead of the twenty five lap main event.
Newly crowned Western Australian Modified Sedan champion Anthony King heads the nominations and is joined in the field by Matt Noakes who won the inaugural running of the South Coast Classic last season.
Noakes won by just 0.034 of a second over five time GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series champion Aydan Trewern last summer.
Clint Noakes is out to atone for a disappointing defence of the state title last weekend and will be one to watch along with two time state champion Mick Johnson.
Returning to racing is Bill Penn who won the second round of the GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series held at Attwell Park back in January.
Racing from 6pm this Saturday Night with the event supported by Stirling Print Design.
