The Russell family have started the 2020/2021 season in brilliant fashion by recording a trifecta result in the SSA Street Stocks Feature Race held at the Solo Hobart Raceway on Saturday Night.
Current Tasmanian Champion Nathan Russell won for the second time in seven days after claiming the season opener at the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway in Latrobe.
The SSA Street Stocks put on a great display of two & three wide action across the twenty lap finale with the hard luck story belonging to Matt Hammond who stormed into second before retiring on lap fifteen after sustaining steering damage earlier in the race.
SSA Street Stocks are back in action on the Apple Isle this Sunday 27th December 2020 at the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway.
