The thirty eighth running of the SSA Modified Sedan Queensland State Title will be fought out over two big nights this Friday & Saturday evenings at the Cairns Speedway located some seventeen hundred kilometres north of Brisbane.
Thirty six competitors from around the state along with Matt Nelson from Victoria who is the current Queensland Street Stock Champion, will sign in chasing the biggest event for 2021 in the Sunshine State for SSA Modified Sedans.

Gympie’s Tim Weir drove a brilliant race on home turf to win his maiden state title in the class in 2019 and will finally defend the Q1 aboard his Clarko’s Performance XF Ford Falcon against a high quality field.
The most decorated competitor in the thirty seven year history of the event Gary Pagel (5 Time Winner) is in the field along with three time champion Aidan Raymont and two time winner Shane Macdonald from Toowoomba.
Cairns local Johnno Collins leads the local brigade with Collins the Queensland champion in 2005. with SSA Modified Sedan racing enjoying a resurgence in recent times in the far north of the state.
National Production Sedan Champion Joel Berkley will relish the opportunity to have the racing rubber on his Ford Falcon as he takes on the likes of Nathan Macdonald, Brett Barron, Brenton Scott and Shannon Blackburn in what is a very wide open event.
