A star studded field of over thirty SSA Production Sedans return to Valvoline Raceway tonight for the Harbour City Hustle.
The field is headed by the current Australia Champion Joel Berkley who comes into this event in terrific form with a series of wins and a third place finish at the Maryborough only a few nights ago.
Also among the nominations is former National Champion Trevor Mills who swaps out the race rubber for radials after running in the Modified Sedan title only a couple of nights ago. Production Sedans are similar to Modified Sedans although one of the major differences is the tyres. Production Sedans only use road going radial tyres against race rubber that the Modified Sedans used.
Another notable nomination within the field of Bruce McKenzie who pushes the Late Model to the side and pulls out the Production Sedans from the shed.
Drivers from Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales make up the impressive field that will contest the second running of the Harbour City Hustle. The first time this event was run was alongside the National Super Sedan Season a couple of seasons where Matty Smith in a Nissan Skyline took the win ahead of Josh Crang and Trevor Mills.
Racing starts with Speedcars at 4:50pm with Production Sedans hitting the track for their first heat 5:45pm.
