For the first time in history Production Sedans will race at Archerfield Speedway this Saturday night.
A field of 19 drivers will take part in the Clarko’s Performance Archerfield Debut.
Coming off a win in Rockhampton last weekend, Gladstone’s Richard Cook comes into the event full of confidence and plenty of speed.
He will be joined by a host of other key contenders including a number of local drivers who’ve all cut a lot of laps around the likable Brisbane venue.
These include Adrian Stott, Darran Lester, David Clarkson, Michael Mason and Jeff Peacock.
The field also includes the current Modlite National Champion Sam Gollschwesky who should adapt quickly to sedan racing onboard the Brody Fraser Commodore.
Current Queensland champion Joel Berkley is always one driver to watch every time he hits the track and will be eyes on for a big performance this Saturday night.
Sarah Franz makes her return to racing this weekend and is among the podium chances along with Ash McKellar, TJ Horne, Moz Woodrow, Andrew Beaton, Brady Roberts, Levi O’Brien, Matt Dunlop, Kyle Rolands, Trent Gosley and Zac Macdonald.
Drivers will contest 2 heats before all transferring into the twenty lap feature race where the first ever winner of Production Sedans in Brisbane will be crowned.
