Current National Super Sedan Champion Matt Pascoe continued his winning ways last night at the Corbet’s Group Mothar Mountain Speedway in the forty lap main event for the Masondale Heavy Haulage Gympie Gold Summer Slam.

Toowomba’s Sean Black challenged Pascoe after each restart with Justin Randall driving a solid race to finish third.

Sam Roza leapt to the lead on the opening lap with Matt Williams and Roza coming together shortly after the start finish line after the completion of the opening lap.

Both Roza and Williams would be out of the main event with Zac Pascoe also heading to the infield.

Pascoe got out to a handy lead on main occasions before stoppages for stricken cars brought him back to the field.

Justin Randall found a way past West Aussie Phil Barton for third with New South Wales driver Tyson Moon and Gympie local Gary Pagel moving into the top five by race end.

Matt Pascoe will be looking for his third win in as many nights at the Ausdeck Patios Archerfield Speedway this evening for Round Seven of the 2019/2020 McCosker Super Sedan Series.
