West Australian Super Sedan Champion, Warren Minshull will travel all the way from Broome to be a part of the 50th Anniversary Event at the Make Smoking History Bunbury Speedway on Saturday.
Minshull, a two time Champion, was one of first drivers to put his hand up to say that he would compete in the event, and is looking forward to competing as the West Australian Champion on Saturday.
Two drivers who have been competing for more than three decades each, Gary Higgs and Kevin Bell, epitomise what this weekends event is all about, a celebration of sedan car racing, with both having podiumed in State Titles on numerous occasions.
Another veteran, Terry Green is also in the line-up, along with Adrian Gearys immaculate Super Sedan.
Four qualifying heats will be contested over the course of the day and evening, prior to the final event of the program, the twenty lap Super Sedan Feature race.
Racing commences at 2pm, with 142 entries received across all five categories.
