Fifteen year old Victorian, Ben Micallef is one of sixty drivers set to compete in the Speedway Sedans Australia, National Junior Sedan Title at 7mate Northline Speedway on Friday, 29 June 2018 and Saturday, 30 June 2018.
Set to compete in his second National Title, Micallef, from Camperdown in Victoria, amongst other things is looking forward to the warmer weather, that Darwin is scheduled to provide.
Despite having an up and down season, which has included some mechanical issues, Micallef has been able achieve 7 podium finishes throughout the season.
Micallef will be one of many who will campaign a Hyundai Excel at the Northline venue.
I love the enjoyment of a good night out with strong results, they are always a bonus when they come, Micallef said.
I would like to say a huge thanks to Dad for the countless hours in the shed preparing and building my own car and brother Darcys, Ben said.
