The McCosker Super Sedan Series returns on Saturday night for its third instalment of the season at Kingaroy Speedway.
A rock solid field of twenty three cars have nominated for the third round of the series which will be presented by Ian Boettcher Race Parts.
Queensland Champion Brad Pascoe was victorious in the season opener at Toowoomba, and after missing round two at Bundaberg will be looking to go two for two on Saturday night at Kingaroy.
After a bunch of podium finishes Hayden Brims finally broke through for the first win of his career last time out at Bundaberg. Brims will be hoping to turn one win into two, and keep the winning momentum going at Kingaroy.
Zac Brims followed his brother home in Bundaberg for a runner-up finish, and will be looking to go one better when he gets to Kingaroy on Saturday night.
Zac Pascoe rounded out the podium in Toowoomba aboard the Keith Rubach owned Sweet Chassis. Pascoe has had strong runs at Kingaroy in the past, and will be looking to break through for the first win of his career on Saturday night.
Sean Black returns after a challenging night at Toowoomba. Black is no stranger to success at the Kingaroy venue, and after putting in some hard yards in the shed in recent weeks, Black will be hoping for some better fortune this time out.
Matt Williams looked to be on for a runner up finish at Bundaberg before a rare error on his account saw him sent to the rear of the field. Williams will be looking to bounce back, and take victory on Saturday night in Kingaroy.
Steve Jordan also faced some challenges in Toowoomba, and then again at Bundaberg. Jordan will be out turn his luck around, and add to his trophy cabinet this weekend.
Racing is set to kick off at 4pm with drivers tacking three heat races to set the field for the thirty five lap main event.
