Kingaroy Speedway is set to explode into life this week with one of the biggest race meetings on the Queensland calendar, bringing together huge fields, massive prize money and royal bragging rights across multiple divisions.
Headlining the program is the 14th Annual Ian Boettcher Race Parts Kings Royal for Modified Sedans, where a staggering $15,000 awaits the winner. Expect fireworks as the nation’s best Modified Sedan drivers roll into Kingaroy, with championship contenders and crowd favourites all eyeing off the crown in what is always one of the toughest races to win. The field includes National Champion Nathan Macdonald, Queensland Champion Max Clarke and Victorian Champion Tristan McGraw amongst plenty of others, which means there will be action aplenty.
Sharing the spotlight is the 8th Annual Speedway Panels Queensland Queens Royal, run in association with Dirt Track Girls, showcasing the very best female talent in the sport. With leading Queensland racers and some exciting names on the grid, the Queens Royal continues to grow as one of the most prestigious events of its kind.
Also on the agenda is the 5th Annual Luke & Matt Excavations Production Sedan Stampede, proudly supported by the South Burnett Regional Council, Podium Speedway Panels and Ries Trucking. This event traditionally attracts a stacked field of top Production Sedan drivers from across the state, all ready to put on a hard-charging, bumper-to-bumper show. With National Champion Josh Harm leading the seventy plus field, whoever takes the win will well and truly have earnt it.
With big money, big names and royal titles on the line, this week’s Kingaroy meeting promises non-stop action from the first green flag to the final chequered: one event you won’t want to miss!
