Dave Mackenzie is set to embark on his fourth National Title, when he competes in the Speedway Sedans Australia, National Super Sedan Title at the Heartland Raceway, Moama.
The thirty five year old from Wallan in Victoria, will drive an Insane Dodge in the Title, which will be contested by forty six drivers from every State in Australia
Mackenzie has been racing for fifteen years, and has raced many times at Moama, with his best result being a second placing, and is very much looking forward to racing the best.
The smallest mistakes are emphasised, you just can not make them in National Titles, Mackenzie said.
Mackenzie has struggled this season with finding a happy car, but is looking forward to the title and racing everyone.
I do not have particular drivers I like to race more than others, as long as we are competitive, the rest will take care of itself, Mackenzie added.
I am looking to take it one heat at a time and to make the show, anything after that is a bonus, he concluded.
