The National 4s head to Corbets Group Mothar Mountain Speedway this Saturday Night for the Final Round of the Ellerfield Financial Planning King of the Mountain Challenge.
In what has been one of the closest series so far with 26 drivers having competed this season, 7 drivers in the top 10 are all still within reach of becoming the Series Champion. Current Point Score leader and Defending Champion Tim Weir will be doing all he can to make sure he stays at the top of the ladder.
Modified Sedan Driver Dennis Shallcross after only competing in one round, looks to be a big threat for Tim Weir after starting on the front row for the feature last meeting and is currently sitting in 7th position.
Darryl Oliver and Andrew Pickering who are currently tied in second and only 82pts from the lead look to battle it out for the top step with both drivers always fast around Gympie, but with Brock Hancock, Hayden Turner and Matt Bielby only a handful of points behind them it is looking like a position are set to change!
Hayden Turner who had mechanical issues last round while sitting second on the ladder will be out to try regain some of the valuable points he missed out at last meeting.
