Returning to the home of his State Title victory, 2018 Modified Sedan Champion Anthony King took victory in the opening round of the WA Modified Sedan Series at Narrogin Speedway
Seasoned racer King claimed two heat wins, while veteran Adam Houston took the win in the other, proving he’s still got the skill to compete with the best. Shane Brittain Racing had a solid night, finishing well enough to start out of fifth for the feature race.
Home-town hero Paul Stevens also had an impressive evening, securing a second-place start in the feature. The feature race itself was intense, with Anthony King taking the win despite battling gearbox issues all night. Paul Stevens followed close behind, while young gun Jarrad Fisher kept the pressure on the entire race, proving he’s a talent to watch.
