Jakobe Jetson, has won his thirteenth feature race of the season, his most important, as he won his first State Junior Sedan Title at the Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway on Friday night.
Jetson would lead all the way in an action packed affair which would only see seven cars finish on the lead lap, and only eleven cars made it to the chequered flag.
An incident on lap six saw a significant delay, with Jayden Triffett, Jesse White, Brodie Kelly and Brock Jackson all eliminated, while a lap later former National Champion Todd Atkins would join the quartet.
For Jetson, he has become the first Tasmanian to win the Tasmanian Title since Brock Webster won in 2010 and becomes just the third Tasmanian to win the title in the twelve year history of the event. Cody Gay and Paige Allison would fill the minor placings.
