Blake Iwanow and Elysha Cooper have today dominated their respective Junior Sedan divisions at Ellenbrook Speedway, with Cooper recording a clean sweep while Iwanow won all but one heat race.

The Top Stars feature saw Blake Iwanow leading from the front, racing away to open up a huge gap while Ethan Cooper and Jackson Derrick fought tooth and nail for second place. Beau Oldfield would close on them after starting in position five.

The three Excels would continue to fight it out lap after lap, all three going high and low as they searched for the advantage, Oldfield getting the run on Derrick as he used the lowline to grab third coming out of turn four with three laps remaining.

Leader Iwanow would get into lapped traffic with a couple of laps remaining, but it made no difference as he went on to claim another win at Ellenbrook, while Ethan Cooper was second with Oldfield officially third.

In the New Star Junior Sedans Elysha Cooper put on a dominant performance, winning all four races throughout the day, while Erika Vary put up a good fight to come home second, Tylah Steele in third and Olivia Earle, in just her second ever meeting, was a fighting fourth. Possum Lawrence was a nonstarter after the first heat having blown ahead gasket.

All the Junior Sedans are set to return to Ellenbrook Speedway tomorrow for the second day of action at Ellenbrook Speedway.
