Gary “Dusty” and Dustin Higgs will be going for their sixth feature win in a row between them when they battle a ten car field at round six of the Super Sedans WA Summer Series at Margaret River this Saturday night.
Dusty Higgs won the first two rounds of the season at Mount Barker and Manjimup, before Dustin has claimed the last three feature races at Bunbury, Katanning and Esperance.
Dustin debuted a brand new Sweet Chassis last round at Esperance, and will be looking to get some more laps under his belt, and another feature win to his name.
Mount Barker’s Nathan Thiele scored his first podium finish of the season last time out at Esperance.
Thiele has been developing a new car of his own this season, and will be hoping to move further up the podium this weekend at Margaret River.
Ajay Hammer played her joker card at Esperance, and secured a strong fourth placed finish. Hammer is yet to secure a podium this season, and will be looking to buck that trend this weekend at Margaret River.
Rob Knox secured four podiums in a row to start the season, but had a tough night last time out at Esperance.
Knox will be hoping to get back on song this weekend, and claim his first win of the season.
Drivers will face three heats each to set the field for the main event!
