The fifth and final round of the 2017/2018 GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series will be held this Saturday afternoon at the Katanning Speedway in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
Katanning Speedway only reopened in 2016 after a fifteen year recess with Modified Sedans supporting the venue since its reincarnation.

For the second year in a row the GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series title will be decided at the final round with Broomes Ray Clifton leading the series by just two points over Albanys Bill Penn.
The battle for the final spot on the podium in the series will also come down to the wire at Katanning with Branden Fraser, Anthony King, Adam Houston and Aydan Trewern all in contention for the minor prize.

2016 WA Modified Sedan champion Matt Noakes is in the field for the final round and is sure to make life tough for the series regulars along with Rick Musarra in his very fast Cranecorp Holden Commodore.
The final round of the 2017/2018 GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series sponsored by Moyle Race Parts in Bunbury, who are long time supporters of grass roots speedway.

Racing gets underway from 12.30pm with the meeting doubling as the Katanning Speedway Open Club Championships.
