The Hillview Speedway in Newman Western Australia located some 1100kms to the North of Perth will play host a bumper two night race meeting this weekend.
Racing gets underway from 6pm tomorrow night with the Onsite Rental Group, East Pilbara Tyre Service Ash Page Memorial the major drawcard for competitors and spectators.
Ashley Page was a very well liked seasoned SSA Production Sedan competitor in Western Australia with great fields of Speedway Sedan Australia categories entered to put on a great show across the two nights of action.
A number of competitors from the South of the State are making the long journey to Newman for the event and will stay in the region to race at Port Hedland Speedway next weekend.
The SSA Production Sedan field features a good mix of youth and experience with Jayke Malcolm, Peter Katona and 2019 event winner Jack McAuley all likely contenders.
Decorated Victorian SSA Street Stock competitor Lenny Bates who now resides in Newman should prove tough to beat in his class as looks to make his presence felt on the West Coast.
Racing from 6pm both nights with perfect fine conditions predicted.
