The curtain will fall on the Make Smoking History, Collie Speedway season on Saturday night, with one of the events now becoming a fan favourite, with the Race of Champions.
To qualify, the driver simply has to have won a State or National Title, with this years field one of the strongest, with five National Champions amongst the twelve starters.
Michael Hamon, Jamie Oldfield and Victorian Robbie Faux, have all won two National Street Stock Titles, while Ron Belfield has won two National Production Sedan Titles, with Tim Green also a former National Production Sedan Champion.
Between them they have won nine National Titles and nineteen State Titles, with the twelve drivers to contest a time trial, to determine their starting position in the 20 lap main event.
