Nominations have closed for the 41st running of the SSA Modified Sedans WA State Title to be held on Saturday 6th February 2021 at the Make Smoking History Collie Speedway.
In what is the biggest & most wide open title seen since 2014 for SSA Modified Sedans in the West, defending champion Branden Fraser has a field littered with talent to contend with.
Four former winners are in the entry list other than Fraser which includes Brendan Selleck (2008), Allan Mortimer (2009), Matt Noakes (2016) and Anthony King (2018).
Mortimer was the runner up to Branden Fraser at Kalgoorlie twelve months ago, with Matt Noakes victory coming in the event when Collie last hosted the title.
Luke Fraser and Albany’s Laurie Dowsett have both been to victory lane in the WA Modified Sedan Series this summer, with Dowsett’s win coming at Collie just prior to Christmas.
Production Sedan standouts Kyle Sayer and Karratha’s Jack McAuley are certain to be prominent throughout the title aboard their Holden Commodores.
Official Practice will be held between 4-6pm on Friday 5th February 2021.
