Speedway Sedans Western Australia have finalised the field for the 2021/2022 MLP Civil SSA Junior Sedan WA State Title to be held at the Esperance Speedway located seven hundred kilometres South East of Perth.
Racing will take place on Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd January 2022, with the fifty five entries the largest field seen for the event since 2017.
Darwin’s River Spitzbarth who has just completed a solid 2021 season in the Northern Territory will join the fifty four Western Australian competitors who are in some cases travelling a remarkable distance to just be in Esperance.
Incredibly the top six finishers in last season’s state title held in Karratha are all in field with the host club having fifteen representatives in the State Title.
Jhy Pack will defend his WA1 plate after a hard fought win in the Pilbara last Easter against some drivers in great form which includes, Kalgoorlie’s Kayne Dellar, Moora’s Taj Vanzetti, Bunbury’s Matthew Thomson and Beau Oldfield who has finished as the runner up in the last two WA State Titles.
The Buszan brothers Brandon & Jaxon should be prominent across the weekend along with each competitor contesting four ten lap heat races across the weekend before the finals on the Sunday Night.
