Dustin Higgs has claimed victory for the second straight year in the Bert Vosbergen Memorial for Super Sedans last night at Albany’s Attwell Park Speedway in Western Australia.
Higgs made the best of greasy track conditions during the thirty five lap main as light drizzle fell on the racetrack continually over the course of the two nights of competition.
Only two drivers would finish on the lead lap with Mount Barker’s Rob Knox driving a smart race in his Riverhill Contracting Dominator to finish second from Brent Vosbergen who rounded out the podium.
A Main, 30 Laps- 1. W81 Dustin Higgs, 2. W68 Rob Knox, 3. W4 Brent Vosbergen (29), 4. W6 Tristan Green (28), 5. W71 Adam Campbell (28), 6. W88 Adyme Harvey (28), 7. W22 Steve Schofield (28), 8. W46 Ajay Hammer (28), 9. W91 Darren Larson (27), 10. W85 Matthew McMahon (24), DNF W4 Lee Aylett (18), W96 Steve Larson (14).
