The Broome Speedway located in the West Kimberley region of Western Australia played host to the final round of the annual Derby vs Broome challenge this past Saturday Night.
Derby Speedway club emerged victorious over the two night challenge held across the two venues over the course of the season, as car numbers in Speedway Sedans Australia classes continue to grow in the region.
Brinley McGaffin claimed the SSA Street Stock main event with the McCorry Brown Earthmoving Holden Commodore of Jhye Kent chalking up feature race win number four on his home track in the SSA Production Sedans.
The Broome Speedway club are now gearing up for the two night Shinju Matsuri Featival Race Meeting tonne held on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th September 2021 with drivers from across the state heading to the top end.
