The Make Smoking History Collie Speedway played host to their second race meeting of the 2021/2022 this past Saturday Night with solid fields and tight racing the order of the day.

Ethan Genev looked set to bounce back from a disappointing finish to the opening round of the IVIX Industries South West Sedan Championship before a late race error gave Damon Thomson the opportunity to pounce late in the fifteen lap feature race.

Rickie Nuccini dominated the SSA Production Sedan racing on the night aboard his Tyrepower Holden Commodore collecting two heat wins and a comfortable victory in the main event.

The SSA Junior Sedans provided some fantastic action as local Jorja Davies was battling with the likes of third generation driver Matthew Thomson & Jesse James Samuels who claimed the feature race win.

Jesse Hamon collected the New Star Feature Race aboard his HTEC Mitsubishi Lancer.

The Make Smoking History Collie Speedway’s next race meeting will be the 50th Anniversary celebration over two nights on competition on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th December 2021.
