Nathan Carter won the Make Smoking History Junior Sedan Collie Championship on Saturday night, leading all the way in an action packed event.
Despite a small field, the racing was keenly contested and incredibly even, with nothing separating the field.
Behind Carter, a great battle developed with Izaak Delaporte, Bryden Southwell, Ethan Cooper and Seth Hinsey racing in close proximity, which ultimately lead to a collision, with Delaporte ending on the infield after contact with Hinsey. Hinsey was sent to the rear of the field for the resultant re-start, while Delaporte was unable to continue.
Carter again opened a small lead, with Southwell sustaining a flat tyre while in second place, elevating Cooper and Hinsey to the podium positions as the race concluded.
