Lismore’s Jordan Biviano has claimed a dramatic SSA Production Sedan New South Wales State Title victory at the Hession’s Auto Parts Grafton Speedway on Saturday Night.

A heavy first corner crash claimed a number of cars with former Queensland champion Chris Pagel amongst the casualties.

Biviano lead early before being relegated during the yellow stoppage as Gladstone’s Richard Cook retired from the race.

New leader Zac Macdonald would spin on the exit of turn four handing the lead to Michael Mason.

Mason and Biviano enjoyed a great tussle for supremacy before Biviano assumed control.

Queensland champion Daniel Henshaw got the better of Joel Berkley to take third place.

It was Biviano’s race in tough conditions as he crossed the line over three seconds clear of Mason & Henshaw.

Outgoing New South Wales champion Berkley was officially fourth in the Lester Motorsport Ford Falcon as Dakota Laverty rounded out the top five.
