Speedway Sedans Australia advises that the result of the 2026 SSA Junior Sedan National Title at Tyres & More Esperance Speedway is now official, with Queenslander Lachie Burke being crowned champion.
Burke crossed the line in second but after extensive post race checks the car driven by Cruz Carlin has been deemed to have not met specifications and has been excluded from the results.
Following comparison against standard camshaft profiles, the camshaft removed from the V12’s engine was found to differ from SSA Junior Sedan technical specifications.
Speedway Sedans Australia congratulates the new Australian Champion Lachie Burke, with Lawson Clarke officially second ahead of Benji Gordon, Zac Favero and Jake Bradley.
