Official Release- Wednesday 29th October 2025.

Speedway Sedans Australia are pleased to today announce the successful dates and venues for the 2027 National Titles after receiving submissions from venues from every corner of the country.

The SSA National Junior Sedan Title will return to Tasmania for the first time since 2016 when the Carrick Speedway hosted the event and Todd Atkins claimed the win. Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway has again been successful and will stage the event in the first weekend of January 2027, the second time Carrick has hosted the event and the third time it has been contested in Tasmania.

Just a fortnight later it will be the Super Sedans turn, with the neighbouring Latrobe Speedway – Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway hosting the Title just after Australia Day. The venue last hosted the Title five years ago when Matty Pascoe won his last National crown and the 2027 event should attract a strong field of cars.

Queenslanders will be delighted to see the return of the SSA Street Stock National Title to the sunshine state, with the Kingaroy Speedway set to host the event in late February. This will mark the second time Kingaroy has held the Title, the first being in 2017 when Rhys Heinrich claimed the win and the third time it has been hosted in Queensland.

A month later it will be the SSA Production Sedans turn, with Goulburn Speedway playing host to the title for the first time ever. It will be the 24th running of the National Title for the Productions and the show is expected to attract plenty of attention. Leeton and Dubbo have each held the event once before, meaning this will be the third NSW track to hold the title, and the first time since the 2014/15 season when Andrew Corbett took the win.

The final Title of the season will be the SSA Modified Sedans, held for the very first time at the Kalgoorlie International Speedway. In what will be the 51st running of the event, Kalgoorlie becomes just the third WA venue to host the Title behind Albany and Bunbury, meaning it is a whole new ball game for all those who compete over the Easter long weekend.

Speedway Sedans Australia would like to congratulate the host venues for the 2027 National Titles on their successful applications and look forward to five great events.
