Speedway Sedans Western Australia have today announced the venues that will host the five state titles for the 2021/2022 season.
A number of tracks applied for all of the titles with interest to host the events continuing to be exceptionally high amongst the affiliated clubs across the state.
The SSA Junior Sedan Title will return to the picturesque Esperance Toyota Speedway on the South Coast of Western Australia with the venue hosting its first state title since 2016.
Junior Sedan numbers have been on the rise in Esperance recent times with the event to be held at some point during the January school holidays in 2022.
After a very successful recent WA State Title at Albany, the SSA Street Stock WA State Title will be held at the Boyes Equipment Kalgoorlie International Speedway.
The Street Stock title will be held within close proximity date wise of the 2021/2022 SSA National Street Stock Title that is being conducted in Bunbury which will be a great opportunity for Interstate Competitors to contest both events in one trip to the West.
For just the third time in the twenty five history of the SSA Production Sedan WA State Title it has been allocated to a venue in the North of the state as the Nickol Bay Speedway in the Pilbara region hosts the title for the first time.
A stronghold of SSA Modified Sedan racing in Western Australia, Albany’s Attwell Park will host the WA State Title for the class for the sixth occasion which will prove to be a great precursor to the National Title to be held in Albany just twelve months later.
Lastly the SSA Super Sedan WA State Title returns to the Make Smoking History Collie Speedway fifteen years after it was last held in the Coalfields.
Confirmation of dates for the five state titles for the 2021/2022 season will be finalised once dates are allocated for the National Titles by Speedway Sedans Australia.
