Super Sedans Set For Big Season On The Apple Isle

The state of Tasmania has been a long time strong hold of Super Sedan racing with the class looking forward to a big 2019/2020 season.

With new machinery and drivers set to enter the ranks along with the news that the 2020/2021 SSA National Super Sedan Title has been allocated to the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway, Super Sedan racing on the Apple Isle is well placed for a strong future.

The 2019/2020 season kicks off in the Southern half of the state at the Solo Hobart Raceway on Saturday 2nd November 2019 with fifteen nights of racing planned.

Four race meetings are scheduled to be held prior to Chistmas with the highlight being the 2019/2020 Tasmanian Super Sedan Title also in Hobart on the 14th December 2019.

January is the month of money for the class in Tasmania and is set to get underway at the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway in Latrobe with the running of the 45th annual Grand Prix over two nights.

The Thursday Night Rumble at Carrick and the Grand National in Hobart follow in the following week with many interstate drivers set to be in attendance.

Things will close for the season on Saturday 11th April 2020 at the Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway.
